Product Design: Sugar Bowl Retail Packaging

Intended for the Dubai market, where sugar bowls are a thing (very commonly seen on kitchen tables), the Greanleaf brand was planning on importing 100% pure Brazilian sugar. To break away from the standard sugar bag or cardboard carton, the plan was to sell the sugar in a presentable sugar bowl that would not be an eyesore.
For retail shelf purposes, it was important to design a nesting bowl system.  A requirement was to design a bowl that could be vertically stacked.
To avoid required retail labeling on the bowl itself, I designed a cardboard belly sleeve that would register the bowl in the preferred position. By doing this, the Greenleaf logo always faces the front of the packaging.
